Refund policy

No refunds. No exceptions. No cancellations. No changes. Store credit only. Items purchased from ABIGAIL & AGATHA are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

All exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. 

For exchanges we will send you an email when your package is delivered back to us. It takes 3-10 business days to process upon reaching us. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Sale merchandise, cosmetics, underwear, lingerie, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, and gift cards / e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.
